EMS threadlockers are professional anaerobic adhesives developed specifically for securing screws, threads and mechanical fasteners. The essence of anaerobic technology is that the adhesive cures only when it is confined between metal surfaces and oxygen is excluded. This creates an exceptionally strong, vibration-resistant and load-resistant bond that prevents screws from loosening even under heavy use.
The product range is available in multiple strength levels so you can choose the ideal threadlocker for each task:
TL-22 – Low strength
Perfect for assemblies that must occasionally be disassembled. Suitable for small screws, precision components, electronics and light-duty applications. Screws can be removed by hand while still being protected against vibration.
TL-43 – Medium strength
The most commonly used version, offering the ideal balance between durability and removability. Provides reliable bonding for medium-load assemblies such as machinery, engines, pumps and power tools. Can be disassembled with standard tools.
TL-70 – High strength
The strongest option, designed for permanent or near-permanent joints. Recommended for high-vibration, high-load components such as industrial machinery, agricultural equipment or vehicle parts. Removal requires heat or special tools.
